Brad has been working in the information technology field for more than twelve years. During that time he has worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Exxon, Shell, Chevron, Halliburton/KBR and the Royal Bank of Canada. His experience as a manager and team leader in enterprise level environments has helped him form a better understanding of what makes a great leader. In his endeavors he’s witnessed both the right and wrong ways in doing things, experience that is invaluable in a customer service industry.
Brad is a native Houstonian that loves this great city. He is CompTIA A+ Certified, is a Microsoft Certified Profession and holds a MCITP: Enterprise Administrator certification. He comes from an extremely large (and loud) family and enjoys riding his Harley Davidson, playing golf, blogging, photography and wasting entirely too much time and money on the latest and greatest gadgets.
