We love our Dell Inspiron Mini 9 here at Digital Meld and now Dell is one(inch)-upping us with the release of the Dell Mini 10 which goes on preorder today. Unlike the Mini 9 the Mini 10 utilizes a 160GB 5400RPM hard drive while the Mini 9 is all about solid state. It seems like right now the options are pretty slim, especially with the limit of 1GB of memory, but then again upgrading the memory on your own will be cheaper.
The Mini 10 is offered in more colors, has a larger standard hard drive, larger keyboard, larger track pad, HDMI port but a lower-end base CPU. Is there an upgrade in my future? Doubtful… I do have an M1330 after all. But this may be a great option for those of you in the netbook market; I know the keyboard is a big plus and probably very similar to the HP 1030NR.
